Medical Needles from Qosina

Qosina offers non-sterile angiographic surgical medical needles in 18, 19, 20, and 21 gauge sizes. These medical needles have several hub designs and vary in lengths from 1 inch (25 mm) - 3.5 inch (89 mm). The surgical needles feature a refined bevel and provide a special cannula coating to reduce needle drag. The needles are designed for smooth guide wire insertion and removal of the needle over the wire. The non-sterile surgical needles are components that may be included in finished kits, trays and packs. Qosina also offers introducer needles in a broad range of gauge sizes, hub configurations, needle lengths, and tips for enhanced accuracy and control. Other kit components are available for you to complete your project, including trays, towels, drapes, masks, and single-use stainless steel kit components.

Surgical Medical Needle Suppliers

Qosina surgical needle hub components make up a three part combination: hub connector, bushing and cap to create a customized fluid delivery or withdrawal system. The polycarbonate hubs are available in four different body styles (round, rectangular, octagonal and anatomic), each with a unique profile and finger grip. Stock sizes include 14, 15, and 16 gauge hubs, as well as a universal design that can be configured from 17 - 27 gauge with separate PETG bushings. The bushings offer the benefit of ID flow conversion without costly pin changes. Several of these medical needle hubs also feature a male luer slip that can be converted to a male luer lock with a separate spin lock collar and all can be used as a standard female luer connector for different applications.

The caps are color-coded by gauge size for quick identification and come pre-drilled for insertion. Qosina has a sample kit available for purchase of surgical medical needle hub components, an ideal prototyping tool set for designers and engineers. All of the surgical medical needle hub components are available from Qosina as stock items for production runs. The Qosina product line consists of thousands of disposable medical device components; request a catalog and complimentary samples for testing.
