- Plastisol Reinforced Y Connector Qosina
is happy to announce we have tripled our production
capabilities for this plastisol connector.
The connector is 2-3/8"
(60mm) long and has a bottom stem internal dimension
of 1/4" (6.3mm). The internal leg dimensions are
undersized to insure a tight fit for O.D. tubing sizes
of 3/32" (2.3mm), 1/8" (3.1mm), 3/16"(
4.7mm) and 1/4" (6.3mm).
Made of USP Class VI liquid PVC resin, the plastisol
connector has a durometer of 65-69 Shore A. The beneficial
feature of this universal connector is that it can be
cut at various intervals to connect with assorted tubing
sizes. |

other plastisol connectors in various sizes and configurations.
We can also produce custom plastisol components. Plastisol
dipping can be implemented to create custom adapters,
caps, connectors, covers, mouthpieces, plugs, etc. Custom
Multiport Y Connectors may be molded with as many as
six ports to meet your designing needs. Prototypes can
be made quickly and inexpensively.
