You can search our comprehensive online catalog, request samples or request a print catalog 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Our secure order form is also available 24 hours a day/7 days a week for your convenience.
How can I order a sample online?

When you are viewing an item in our online catalog, you will see navigation buttons on the right hand side. Click “Add to Sample Cart”. A window will pop up notifying you a part has been added to the sample cart. You can view all the items in your cart by clicking on the pink “View Cart” button in the pop up window.

To view your cart any time, click on the shopping cart next to the search bar at the top of each page. If you wish to remove an item from the cart, while you are in the “View Cart” screen, click the “Remove” button next to the item you do not want. If you wish to remove all items, click “Empty Sample Cart.”

When you have entered all the parts you need, click “View Cart” and submit your request. A new window will open with a form asking for your mailing and contact information. The part numbers you requested are on the form already. There is a limit of 18 items that can be added to your sample shopping cart.

How can I tell whether an item is suitable for my needs?
You may request complimentary samples of many of our products for testing to ensure compatibility. We strongly recommend that you thoroughly test items before purchasing. Our Customer Specialists can help you with your sample needs.
Are your parts produced in a cleanroom?
Qosina has a special certified ISO 14644-1 Level 8 cleanroom (formerly Class 100,000) assembly area completely ventilated and humidity controlled available for product repackaging upon request. All of our parts are molded in a controlled environment. For information about specific components, please contact a Customer Specialist.
How are your parts inspected?
Qosina performs visual inspections in our ISO 9001:2000 Registered Warehouse. Using the ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-2003 Sampling Plan, items are checked to ensure they meet our Purchase Order requirements. We also perform identity checks, look for short shots (incomplete parts), cracks and splits, loose particulate, embedded particulate, flash, burn or blister marks, distortion, air bubbles and color.

Can items be custom imprinted or ordered in custom colors?
We can help customize many items to meet your needs. Check with a Customer Specialist to determine minimum order requirements and whether items can be ordered in custom colors or imprinted.
Does Qosina sell to hospitals and doctor’s offices?
We do not sell directly to end-users of medical consumables. Qosina’s products are sold in bulk. Our products require further assembly and sterilization to be suitable for direct patient use.
I don’t have an account with your company. How can I open one?
To open an account, please provide your company information and a Federal Tax Identification Number. A credit application will be forwarded to you. You can place orders immediately using a credit card, or after the completion of a credit check, you can place orders with net 30 terms.
Can I receive a Qosina price list?
Due to fluctuations in the price of components and their related materials, Qosina does not publish a price list. Please contact a Customer Specialist for a quote.
Can I order with a credit card?
We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards. Any credit card information provided is only used to process your immediate order. We do not retain your credit card information once the order is processed. For this reason, please be prepared to provide your credit card details every time an order is placed. We take credit card fraud very seriously in order to ensure our customers the best possible protection of their information. We report any international fraud attempts to the US government, and report any US fraud attempts to the FBI.
Does Qosina have a minimum order requirement?
We ask our customers to purchase a minimum $100 total order. Some items have minimum quantity order requirements. Please check with a Customer Specialist or visit our website to find specific pricing and quantities for each part.
Can I order online?
Our secure online ordering form allows you to enter your company information, Qosina part numbers, quantities and shipping requirements. The Customer Service Department receives your order as an email as soon as you submit your form. Please use our secure online ordering form for purchasing items only. To order complimentary samples, please use the sample cart located on each item’s information page.
Can Qosina prepare special packaging or labeling?
Please ask a Customer Specialist for a quotation. Minimum order requirements may apply.
Does your pricing include shipping charges?
Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. We will be happy to supply the weight and dimensions of your order at the time of shipment so that you may obtain your own shipping quotation and select the carrier of your choice. All orders are shipped EX-WORKS, Edgewood, NY. This means that once your purchase is in the possession of your chosen carrier for delivery, all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from Qosina to your desired destination are the responsibility of you, the buyer. The carrier and buyer are responsible for damage or problems that arise during and after shipping. Qosina, as always, stands by the quality of the products we have shipped. Please note in addition to shipping charges, a documentation and handling fee will be applied to all international orders.
Can Qosina accommodate an annual order and ship partial quantities?

When will my order ship?
Orders of items available in inventory are usually shipped within one business day.
How are your parts packaged?
Parts are secured within double-walled poly bags, then packaged in a double walled carton.
