We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to market our cosmetic components to OEMs. The right candidate is a seasoned professional who prefers to be an Independent Sales Representative with an existing product line. This individual would be expected to offer our products in addition to your current sales initiatives in your targeted market.
This is a commission based freelance opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Professional.
We have an immediate opening at our Edgewood, Long Island headquarters for a Receptionist/Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a polished professional with excellent communication skills who is comfortable in a front desk environment. We are seeking an individual who is a team player with a strong work ethic and pleasant attitude.
Job Requirements:
Computer literate
Must reside on Long Island and live within commuting distance to our Deer Park location.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a medical device engineer, preferably in catheter development, along with at least two years field experience, either to OEMs or to distributors. Responsibilities of this position will include developing new business and sales support of our existing products. Approximately 40% travel will be required. A bachelors degree is a must.
Working from our Edgewood (Deer Park), Long Island, NY headquarters, this position is responsible for developing and establishing sales relationships with OEM businesses in the medical device industry.
The ideal candidate will:
Identify and obtain new business opportunities that exceed sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate new product presentations with target accounts which achieve new product launch plans and sales objectives.
Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Provide reports from customer visits and shows attended.
Support customer data maintenance in database (CRM), update customer information and keep accurate records.
Skills:
Capable of multi-tasking, establishing priorities and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
Possess organizational skills to maintain files and documentation in an orderly manner.
Must be flexible, able to adapt to changing conditions and be a team player.
Work independently, make sound judgments within established guidelines and take the initiative to apply problem-solving skills where appropriate.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Job Requirements:
2+ years business-to-business Marketing experience
Bachelors Degree
Native German speaker preferred. Other European languages helpful.
Travel requirement of at least 40% (trade shows/events, customer and  prospect visits.)
Must reside on Long Island and live within commuting distance of our Deer  Park location.
Detail oriented individual for high volume cosmetics and medical distributor.
